Return and Refund Policy for FT Custom Printing

Due to the custom nature of our Gangsheet Print Services, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, or any monetary reimbursement once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

 

PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS FOR PRODUCTION DEFECTS (OUR ERROR)


FT Custom Printing is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction and guarantees our production quality. If your custom Gangsheet print has a verified defect directly caused by our production process, we will provide a product replacement at no additional cost to you.


Defects covered under this policy include:

  • Significant misprints or incorrect image transfer quality.
  • The gangsheet length or size significantly differs from your final order confirmation.
  • Material defects clearly attributable to our production team.

To initiate a replacement claim for a production defect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number.
  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect.
  3. In some cases, we may require the defective product to be returned to us for quality review before a replacement order is processed.

 

NON-COVERED ERRORS (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)


We cannot offer replacements or exchanges for errors resulting from the file or order specifications submitted by the customer. These are considered customer errors and fall outside the scope of our replacement policy.


Non-covered errors include, but are not limited to:

  • Incorrectly submitted gangsheet size or length.
  • Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or flawed artwork/design files.
  • Misspellings, grammatical errors, or design layout issues present in the final file provided by the customer.

If your order error falls under customer responsibility, you will need to place and pay for a new order with the corrected specifications.
