FT Custom Printing General Terms of Service


Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the FT Custom Printing website and services. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. General Conditions and Acceptance of Terms


FT Custom Printing provides custom Gangsheet print services ("Services") through its online shop (the "Site," hosted on Shopify). Your submission of an order constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions, and policies, including the Returns & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy.2. Custom Print Services and User Responsibility


Accuracy of Submitted Files


When placing an order for Gangsheet printing, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and resolution of the digital files you submit. We print files as provided. FT Custom Printing is not responsible for errors in printing that arise from:

  • Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images.
  • Incorrect sizing, dimensions, or lengths specified by the customer.
  • Spelling, grammatical, or design errors contained within the customer-provided file.

 

Right to Refuse Service


We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem inappropriate, violates third-party intellectual property rights, or is technically unprintable.3. Payment and Order Confirmation


All payments for Services are processed through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.4. Shipping and Delivery


We ship physical products only. All delivery times are estimates. The typical time from order to final delivery is 3 to 5 business days once the order has been shipped. Shipping rates are calculated based on the order subtotal:

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds


100% Customer Satisfaction

All sales are final, and FT Custom Printing offers no monetary refunds.


We stand by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee based on product replacement. If the error is determined to be the fault of FT Custom Printing (a production defect or misprint on our end), we will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer. If the error is due to customer fault (e.g., ordering the wrong size), the customer must place and pay for a new order.6. Limitation of Liability


FT Custom Printing, its employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our Services or products.7. Contact Information
